Excellent service. julie was very pleasant to deal with on the phone. kenneth was a pleasure to deal with when he came out to diagnose the problem. The technician, Thomas did a great job replacing the motor. He fully tested the system to verify everything was working correctly. He was very friendly and left the area clean when he finished. I had such a great experience with MR Heating & Cooling LLC. I called that morning because I was having an issue with my HVAC system, and I was honestly surprised they were able to get someone out to me the same day.
The technician even arrived a little early, which was a nice surprise. He was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was that he actually took the time to explain what was going on and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
