We had a new heat pump and furnace with UV installed. Kenny installed the units by himself. He is courteous, answered our questions by talking to us and not over us, was timely in his duties and completed his work in a very professional manner. Cost was well within normal range for what we had done. We had called for a PM on our 20 year old system and had been concerned that it was on it's last leg, from previous PM's over the last 6 years, from 3 routine service providers, including Mr. Heating and Cooling. We highly recommend Mr. Heating and Cooling for service that you may need.
Chris, Tabitha, and their crew did an excellent job drilling our well. They showed up early at 7am ready to get started and Chris walked us through the process each step of the way. You can really tell he’s passionate about his work, and both he and Thomas were hardworking and just genuinely nice people. We were lucky enough to hit water within the first few hours and the whole process was really smooth. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing well drilling.
