We had always worked with a different local company, but a new policy change with that company had me feeling I needed to check around. I called Tri-City and Kevin came to my home the same day! We had to replace an air conditioner and a furnace that were both 20 plus years old. Tri-City was EXCELLENT to work with! Jacob came out and walked us through the replacement/ estimate and helped us get the process rolling. When install day came, Ian, Gage, and Mark were awesome! Massive shout out to Andrea and her crew from Tri-City Services. My family and I live in Grand Rapids. Our 11 year old water heater was on it’s last legs, and I knew it needed to be replaced. I called this company just yesterday, and they were able to send someone today - wow! Sterling and Ashton arrived on time today and after a quick check, agreed with us that it was dying.
So, here’s the good part. They just left - but not before installing our brand new gas water heater!! I mean - what company does that? SAME DAY INSTALLATION?
