Excellent service, any problem is carefully diagnosed and options are discussed with you. He analyzed our old air-conditioner and emailed us a option for replacing it with a match for our furnace (since it is in good operating condition). When the new airconditioner was installed, it was a thorough and prompt installation. We would definitely recommend Allient.
