We had our furnace installed by Guelzow's. Our furnace went out just now. The website says 24 hour emergency service. They shut off their phone after the 3rd time my husband called them. Thank God for Steve's Plumbing and Heating. They answered their phone and are sending someone over.
5 Stars! Thank you Caleb for going above & beyond the call of duty! Our 11yr.old Daughter had asked Caleb to please help her knock down 2 spiderwebs because she has a fear of them. Caleb gladly did that for her & it meant so much to our Daughter. Caleb was also here 2x in the middle of the night providing us heat until the new furnace install. The 24/7 professional, courteous help is a bonus. Thank you to Joe 5 stars as well, for moving things around to accommodate our heating needs.
