“We had always worked with a different local company, but a new policy change with that company had me feeling I needed to check around. I called Tri-City and Kevin came to my home the same day! We had to replace an air conditioner and a furnace that were both 20 plus years old. Tri-City was EXCELLENT to work with! Jacob came out and walked us through the replacement/ estimate and helped us get the process rolling. When install day came, Ian, Gage, and Mark were awesome! Great workers and great at explaining our new system and the maintenance schedule. Great attitudes, hard workers and just all around good guys! Nice job Tri-City!! I will recommend your team to others and we are so thankful we worked with your team on this project!!“
