“I have been getting a Deva Cut from Tracy for over a year now, and she nails it every time. Having curly hair makes it difficult to find a salon that will cut your hair correctly, so discovering Indulge was a life saver. I appreciate that Tracy actually knows what she's talking about when it comes to curly hair, like cutting it dry, making sure it's soaking wet when styling, and not blow drying it until it's super frizzy (THANK YOU!). “I am very self-conscious about my appearance, and I have spent a great deal of money on my hair in Milwaukee and when I lived in NYC, Washington D.C., Louisville, Cincinnati, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. Of all, John at Hair Experience took the time and effort to make me look my best. He is skilled and has learned every technique imaginable, with expertise far beyond what they teach in the current beauty schools. He is a master cutter, as adept with women's hair as with men's hair.We have moved back to Milwaukee after a 12-year hiatus, and I am happy to be back in John's chair. My wife is also taking advantage of John's talent. Perhaps the "bells and whistles" of the trendoid salons are absent from Hair Experience. “I visited for the first time on Jan 18 2024....Elena cut my hair. I have been to Great clips in Bayview because close to home but even tho I explain what I want, all three people I've been to there don't seem to get it. And even seemed to have an attitude or act like they don't understand what I'm saying. Not only did she listen to me she did an awesome job and I should have tipped her even more! I got exactly what I asked for and she had no problem understanding what I meant. I will be returning to her from now on. Oh and by the way..... it's just a trim and layer haircut so I'm not sure why others couldn't get it. I have very thick hair and naturally wavy. Waves look great because she cut it the way I asked her too! She was great!“
