Sat Mar 09 needed a cut in between errands. I stopped at West Milwaukee Great Clips. I used the App to reserve a spot. When I showed up my No4 spot was first one up as others were not there or waiting on a specific person.Libby took me and printed the previous history. She was delightful. She listened to my request and got to it quick. And , she is quite the advocate for customer service done right.I like the cut, the personal attention and her personality and attention to detail is beyond great .She is the best .I will be returning , and waiting for her.Joe

I visited for the first time on Jan 18 2024....Elena cut my hair. I have been to Great clips in Bayview because close to home but even tho I explain what I want, all three people I've been to there don't seem to get it. And even seemed to have an attitude or act like they don't understand what I'm saying. Not only did she listen to me she did an awesome job and I should have tipped her even more! I got exactly what I asked for and she had no problem understanding what I meant. I will be returning to her from now on. Oh and by the way..... it's just a trim and layer haircut so I'm not sure why others couldn't get it. I have very thick hair and naturally wavy. Waves...read full review

Got a haircut for my daughters wedding there. My hair style is a flat top and normally I’m not all that fussy about it like some guys are? I told her this time I was for my daughters wedding! She did a wonderful job that I was more than happy with. And then she asked one of the other girls to come over and just double check that it was OK? That girl did a few tweaks to it and made it absolutely perfect!!! They went out of their way to give me a special haircut for my special situation!They have a wonderful staff there, and I would highly recommend!!!Scott S
