“I've been to numerous Ulta locations and the Mayfair location has some of the most knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and tenured associates. Everytime I go, I am greeted with a smile ands asked if I need assistance.

Now I'm gonna give some major praise to 2 ladies.

Brenda in Perfume: It was a Saturday (busiest day) and I was looking for a particular scent. Emma (my girl), walked me over to Brenda, who worked at Boston Store for manyyyyyy years. I told her what kind of scent I was looking for and within less than 5 minutes I had my my perfume in hand. She knew right away what perfumes to pull out. That process is normally 30-60 minutes. She was a delight.

Emma (my girl): The first time I met Emma was again on a Saturday, busiest day of the week. I'm already work in progress. I normally have not used much makeup in the past. As I'm aging, omg I need help. Emma greeted me with a smile, listened to me, has given me excellent recommendations and suggestions. She's honest with me on a sweet way. She gets me and knows what would look good on me. I walk into the store and I look for her. She is my to go to.

I'm big on customer service and tenure being Director of Human Resources. I've learned through conversion that you have a staff of excellent tenure, and by gosh it shows. You take care of your employees and they in return make you shine. Kudos, Ulta Mayfair Collection!!!“

“All About Hair offers a peaceful and soothing environment ripe for being pampered. I followed Michelle Keenan from another hair salon in the area and have been with her now for a few years. The color and haircut that I receive from Michelle meets my expectations every time. If you really want to elevate your being pampered during the winter months, ask Michelle for a deep conditioning treatment. It turned my dry hair into softer and shinier hair. Michelle goes all out to accommodate you should you have to cancel and rebook appointments. She is so easy going that I don't get stressed out about having to do so. The only time Michelle is a little rough is during my upper lip hair removal treatments with the hot wax ... elbow nudge and lol.“
