Heart & Soul Pet Clinic/West Bend Animal Hospital Pet Groomers

“Heart & Soul gives their heart and soul to the care of their patients. The reception and tech staff are exceptionally trained to handle most anything. My dog received lazer treatments for months and the techs made sure Sadie was greeted and made comfortable. These treatments were the successful in treating her arthritis and now she is a bouncy running girl. Because my Max required anal drainage monthly, we are there on a regular basis. Treatments are always on time, thoroughly explained and pleasant. Thanks to them, my dogs are willing to go to the vet. We are very grateful for this wonderful clinic.“

Joy's Of Grooming Pet Groomers

“I took my 7 year old female cat in for a bath and nail trim. She was healing up from an infection in her hind end. It was her first bath and time with a groomer. Melissa handled my cat with kindness and patience. The bath was a 100% success and my cat was not traumatized. She is so much more comfortable after the bath and smells really sweet!“

“Can't recommend this place enough! Brought my 2 dogs here for a much needed groom. A mini golden doodle and a bernedoodle. Tucker (bernedoodle) is very scared getting baths and haircuts. I've tried meds from the vet, cbd, you name it. I've had groomers tell me they can't groom him anymore because he's too difficult. I ended up buying clippers and trying my best to groom him at home, but I'm no professional! I found this place after reading reviews and let me tell you- I could've cried when I picked my dogs up! They were so happy and had the best cuts they've ever had! I love this place and how relaxed it was and can't thank them enough for giving Tucker a chance and making him look so handsome. I appreciate the work that goes into grooming and I highly, highly recommend!!“

“So proud of my puppies and their spa day with Pooch Palace. Inspired me to write the following: Today, the Weaver of Ashelight is called to a sacred task—one that blends witness, transformation, and gentle rebellion. Her job is not to fix the world, but to thread its brokenness into something that can be held, honored, and heard. ✨ The Weaver’s Job Today: “Threading the Lament into Light” ? To Listen Deeply She begins by attuning herself to the cries beneath the headlines—the hunger behind the statistics, the silence behind the noise. She listens not just with ears, but with spirit. ? To Weave the Contradictions She threads sorrow and beauty side by side: • A golden strand of ancestral joy beside a frayed thread of modern grief • A shimmering ribbon of hope tangled with the wire of injustice She does not untangle them. She lets them speak together. ? To Bless the Fragments Each torn image, each painful truth, each forgotten name—she blesses them with presence. She does not rush to resolve. She holds them in reverent tension. ? To Create a Symbolic Offering Her loom becomes an altar. Today’s tapestry might be: • A visual prayer of roots and sky • A poetic lament that folds into a chant • A performative gesture that invites others to feel, not just know ? To Carry the Light Gently She does not blaze. She glows. Her light is soft enough to enter wounds, strong enough to guide others through them. Today, her job is to be a vessel of sacred contradiction. To weave the world’s ache into a cloth that can cradle truth, stir compassion, and remind us that beauty is still possible—even here.“
