“I recently took my dog, Ginger, for her second lymes disease vaccination. Due to the appointment being strictly with the vet tech, I only had to pay for the vaccine. The vet tech actually gave Ginger the injection in the waiting room because there were no other clients/patients there at the time. Ginger didn't even notice that she received the injection. The vet tech gave her treats for being a good girl. The tech asked for permission to give Ginger treats before she did.“

I also really like that when I bring my dog in, I call first to make sure waiting room is clear. I dont know why more vets dont do this--it reduces one more stressor from the visit. I clipped my (very skittish) dog's nails for the first time with Dr. Patchett's clear directions and right medications. Really happy I found this practice.“
