My husband and I always choose this location even though we are Aurora patients. We've both been here a handful of times. The Aurora and Froedtert systems connect so they can see prior notes, history, etc. You're able to schedule an appointment online or just walk in which is convenient. The front desk staff are consistently helpful and kind. Nice spacious waiting room- doesn't feel stuffy or like you'll catch another illness from being packed in next to another person. We've had different nurses and doctors/nurse practitioners each time- All thorough, pleasant, and willing to listen to you. What a great experience!! I had made an appointment online, but was able to get to the clinic earlier than my scheduled time. From the Froedtert employee that checked me in, to Chrissy the RN who worked with me, the physician assistant that examined me and reviewed my course of treatment, everyone was amazing. Even though the clinic was very busy when I was there, I was treated as if I was the only patient in the urgent care. As I was walking out of the room, another RN took the time to say good bye and hoped I felt better. I was just in awe how the whole care team helped me. Every time I have been to this urgent care they have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. When they are short staff they are not afraid to let you know, they are always trying their best, they will check in on you and they will always go above and beyond. Every single time I've been here I have always felt that my questions and my needs for not only myself but my family have been taken care of. I highly recommend going to this place and I will even wait hours just to go here because there's no other place I'd rather go to. And I just want to let the ladies know that you're doing a fabulous job and I really appreciate you.
