My experience at Aurora Urgent Care in West Bend WI has always been a great one… The Dr’s, APNP, RN’s and staff always greet me with a smile and when they see me in pain they demonstrate empathy…

Been waiting over 3 hours for someone to see my son, and still waiting....but it's kinda cozy in the lobby?People were still kind and willing to work on a Sunday. Been helped by these guys so much over the years.

I have never visited an urgent care or ED when ill. It was a difficult decision to go in and the NP who cared for me was very personable and made me feel comfortable. He was thorough and caring. I would recommend this Urgent Care facility and provider to anyone in need.
