If they didn't try to sell extra stuff and did what they were called for it would be all five stars. Tip the workers and let them know you'll tip them if they can do a good job.

I would give zero stars if I could! Was suppose to come in the afternoon. I called several times to confirm as it was getting later and later. Finally at 5:45pm, I was told he was still at the other job and would not make it to my home. The phone rep was RUDE and very unprofessional! I rescheduled for the following day and they never even showed up although I received a confirmation email of each appointment. Dobt waste you money or your TIME on Sears!

I didn't like the way this guy clean the carpet I pay 144$and there is still black spots in the carpet and he went outside for like half hour and he said he spent 1 hour 1/2 cleaning really bad service
