Brenda in Perfume: It was a Saturday (busiest day) and I was looking for a particular scent. Emma (my girl), walked me over to Brenda, who worked at Boston Store for manyyyyyy years. I told her what kind of scent I was looking for and within less than 5 minutes I had my my perfume in hand. She knew right away what perfumes to pull out. That process is normally 30-60 minutes. She was a delight.

Emma (my girl): The first time I met Emma was again on a Saturday, busiest day of the week. I'm already work in progress. I normally have not used much makeup in the past. As I'm aging, omg I need help. Emma greeted me with a smile, listened to me, has given me excellent recommendations and suggestions. She's honest with me on a sweet way. She gets me and knows what would look good on me. I walk into the store and I look for her. She is my to go to.

I'm big on customer service and tenure being Director of Human Resources. I've learned through conversion that you have a staff of excellent tenure, and by gosh it shows. You take care of your employees and they in return make you shine. Kudos, Ulta Mayfair Collection!!!“

“Update 11/15/2024 - I am happy to report that I was able to reconcile this issue with the owner and I am satisfied with how he rectified the situation. I would be willing to provide this company another chance. *** massage was great! I have no complaints about that service. But for the facial they offered a diamond service. I asked the price and was not told that it would be an additional fee to the facial cost. I didn't find out until I was told until i went to pay and questioned why the amount was so high. I told the receptionist that I was not told it was an added charge. I thought it was a different kind of facial. I will not be going back. I do not appreciate being blindsided.“

“Got lash extensions here on Saturday 10/19 and the owner Maureen was such a delight. I enjoyed the intimate setting of the salon, it was very comfortable. I wanted natural extensions but still some length to give me an everyday pretty feel and Maureen absolutely nailed it! Usually my eyes are so irritated but I experienced minimal irritation. The set feels so lightweight. I appreciate the lash after care kit I received, the instructions were clear. These def elevate my look and make me feel like a million bucks. Will def be back and would 10/10 recommend

10/24 Google only lets you leave 1 review per email acct ? but I went back and got my brows tinted! I’m in love! Service was affordable, quick and Maureen explained each step in the process.
