“I’ve tried 8-9 different salons in the North Shore area on quest for a decent pedicure. Qticles is by far the best! The place is absolutely spotless and smells amazing. They have good quality polishes like OPI and Zoya. All of the techs are very skilled and are constantly checking for satisfaction. Prices are fair and they accept Venmo for tips. If I had to change one thing, I’d wish they would be able to accept walk ins. I’m awful at remembering to make an appointment and they are always booked. Guess that’s a good though! Just remember to make an appointment and you’ll have a fantastic experience!“

The spa itself was neat and very clean. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. Both the massage and facial was for an hour and they were really nice, what took me over the top was the facial from Kara, this young lady most definitely have BLESSED hands, her facial was top notch, her energy was awesome and she was so personable. My sister was paired with Carley and she loved every moment of it we could not stop talking about our facials and the experience we had with these ladies. Both these ladies operated as if they’ve been in the industry for 20 years or more. We are already planning a return visit and we are excited to recommend Knicks to anyone who ask! Brenda in Perfume: It was a Saturday (busiest day) and I was looking for a particular scent. Emma (my girl), walked me over to Brenda, who worked at Boston Store for manyyyyyy years. I told her what kind of scent I was looking for and within less than 5 minutes I had my my perfume in hand. She knew right away what perfumes to pull out. That process is normally 30-60 minutes. She was a delight.

Emma (my girl): The first time I met Emma was again on a Saturday, busiest day of the week. I'm already work in progress. I normally have not used much makeup in the past. As I'm aging, omg I need help. Emma greeted me with a smile, listened to me, has given me excellent recommendations and suggestions. She's honest with me on a sweet way. She gets me and knows what would look good on me. I walk into the store and I look for her. She is my to go to.

I'm big on customer service and tenure being Director of Human Resources. I've learned through conversion that you have a staff of excellent tenure, and by gosh it shows. You take care of your employees and they in return make you shine. Kudos, Ulta Mayfair Collection!!!“
