The spa itself was neat and very clean. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. Both the massage and facial was for an hour and they were really nice, what took me over the top was the facial from Kara, this young lady most definitely have BLESSED hands, her facial was top notch, her energy was awesome and she was so personable. “I’ve tried 8-9 different salons in the North Shore area on quest for a decent pedicure. Qticles is by far the best! The place is absolutely spotless and smells amazing. They have good quality polishes like OPI and Zoya. All of the techs are very skilled and are constantly checking for satisfaction. Prices are fair and they accept Venmo for tips. If I had to change one thing, I’d wish they would be able to accept walk ins. I’m awful at remembering to make an appointment and they are always booked. Guess that’s a good though! Just remember to make an appointment and you’ll have a fantastic experience!“

Nicole from Zirs Barbershop was patient and took her time understanding what I was looking for, which hasn't been my experience with a lot of other hair stylists. I went in to get a layered V haircut and she nailed it ! I highly recommend her! There are very few people around Milwaukee that probably have as much experience as she does with hair!“
