She showed me, step-by-step, how to do the exercises, and then printed them out for me to take home. With the remaining time, she did a massage and heat. I didn't use insurance and they accepted my cash payment. I will be referring everyone I know and will definitely go back when I inevitably have issues in the future ?!“
