The Certified Sisterlocks(TM) Consultant was trained by Master Trainer Roxanne Ray in 2014, and has maintained certification in effort to insure that clients receive updated information and care for their Sisterlocks(TM) and Brotherlocks(TM). The Consultant prides herself on product, outcome, and atmosphere to be sure that each client has an enjoyable experience.
