“I have been taking my (now) teenage daughter to the Eye Care Center of Wausau for the past 4 years for myopia management, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she has received. Dr. Kelsey Koerner has been absolutely amazing throughout her treatment journey.

This year, my daughter decided she wanted to start wearing contacts. Dr. Koerner was incredibly patient and supportive through the entire process. It took several contact lens classes, multiple fittings, and trying different brands before we found the perfect fit for her. At no point did we feel rushed, and Dr. Koerner always took the time to answer questions and make sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident.

I also have to recognize Hannah at the front desk. As someone who has worked in reception for years, I can truly appreciate exceptional customer service, and Hannah is one of the best receptionists I have ever encountered. She is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Her voice is so calming, and she has a wonderful way of making patients feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.

I would highly recommend the Eye Care Center of Wausau to anyone looking for outstanding eye care. My daughter and I love this office and are so grateful for the care they provide! 😊“
