First time at this location & the receptionist told me wait time was 1 1/2 to 2 hours. She gave my baby a color page & some brand new crayons! My baby was so entertained & after 30 minutes they called us! The provider was very fast & knowledgeable.
Just had to utilize the walk-in clinic today for my son. We waited not even a minute in the waiting lobby then were told we could go upstairs to be seen by Dr. Johnson instead. The nurse and Dr. Johnson were incredibly kind, super friendly, and fast pace. The nurse not only gave my son a bottle of water, but also a popsicle. We've never had experienced that before.. definitely was a above and beyond gesture for us.
Highly recommend Dr. Gordon. He's been my doctor for 15 years and pediatrician to my two young children, engages my kids with a goofy personality during check-ups, and has met my expectations with the quality care he has provided over the years.
