As someone new to being in a wheelchair, I became aware of several things that I had not noticed on previous visits. The entrance doors are very heavy and there is no button for automatic opening. The restroom door is extremely heavy and there is no automatic opening button. This is very disappointing in a new facility. There are many spacious hallways, but the exam room is so small. Dr. Leurquin is professional and listens, I am happy with her. I was at the clinic for more than two hours, much of that time was just waiting, with no explanations.
Very nice facility! The staff was very friendly, kind, pleasant to work with. Doctor was thorough but quick. Got in and out in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
This group is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and thorough in your care. They listen well and address all your concerns. They put the patient first. They also have a large collection of eyewear to choose from. I highly recommend Eyecare Center of Wausau if you are looking for eye care.
