She sent a thoughtful “how to handle grief” email filled with helpful resources — book recommendations for both children and adults, audio options, support groups, and even one-on-one support from her colleague who is certified in pet loss grief support, euthanasia, and pet hospice.

Her services are truly the whole package, from beginning to end. We are so grateful for her compassion, her kindness, and the dignity she gave Louie in his final moments. I can’t recommend Dr. Carrie Donahue and Full Circle highly enough.“

“We LOVE Dr. Erin at All for Pets! She sees both of our Pomeranian’s, Luna and Tessa, and has been our vet ever since we moved to the area.

Erin is personable and really cares about you and your pets. She is communicative and has always made sure that before and after procedures that we feel comfortable and confident in what is being done.

Not only has she been super great - doing both of pets spays and exams - but the entire staff is. Many remember your pets and take such great care of them. Everyone is so kind and we could not be happier to have our pets go there! They come excited to leave the staff, we leave satisfied with our services.

“City dog vet has been by far, the best vet I’ve seen in Madison. Both Dr. Stevens and Dr. Roberts are compassionate, knowledgeable and so helpful. They’re thorough, welcoming and all around spectacular. Additionally, they make themselves available for a phone call if I have questions or need follow up care that doesn’t warrant a second visit. Their staff follows up after every appointment to see how your pet is doing, and my pup has never been in better hands. Additionally, I find their recommendations to be honest and helpful, not at all like a money grab. If I ask about the necessity of something, I get an honest answer and recommendation. I moved out of state and was so sad to leave this vet, but Dr. Stevens was kind enough to refer me to a new vet he recommends to get established. I recommend City Dog Vet to all of my fellow pet owners!!“

“Our horseTucker was admitted to the hospital with a puncture on his eye from a thorn.  At 1st we thought his the eye was going to have to be removed. 1st, thank you to my local vet Dr Mccombs for referring us to the hospital. The university was wonderful taking us late on Friday night. The entire experience was scary but thanks to the staff, it all went smoothly. Under Dr. Eatons care his eye was saved and he is fine. Complete recovery will take time, but thanks to Dr Eaton and the entire staff his eye on his cute face was saved.  This was not my 1st time at the hospital, and I am continually amazed at their care.  Dr Eaton called with updates on a daily basis and was very kind while Tucker remained in the hospital. ? picture is Tucker with Lisa P.“

“This is the best place for animals with behavioral issues. My chihuahua sees Dr Mcclanahan for behavioral support. The clinic’s fear free approach really supports him and he’s stopped panicking when he goes to the vet. He was a frequent flyer for a bit with a broken paw. He got incredible care and it has healed really well. Very appreciative of the whole team and how well they take care of Jimmy Chew.“
