It wasn't easy, it wasn't perfect, but ultimately Jillian Ogrady and the staff and pharmacy at this location saved my life. If that doesn't deserve 5 stars nothing does. Sadly it's time for me to move on to a different provider to see if I can find treatment options more fitting to my current needs, but as far as pulling me back from the brink of death and insanity and stabilizing me, and even helping me understand myself a bit better to help me know more of what I need now, they've helped me with getting here. To a more stable more informed place. Thanks doesn't begin to cover it, but thanks. Sincerely
If you're here seeking help for a loved one, my thoughts and prayers are with you. It's not easy, but there are good resources in the county to support you, as you navigate through your options. The facility was a good first stop. The staff was so helpful during my son's stay. They have difficult jobs, but all staff (nurses,
social workers, security) all performed them in a professional and empathetic manner. All my questions and concerns were addressed timely, along with advice if requested. No facility is perfect, but they are willing to help you if you reach out.
So disappointing to see this facility is rated so low. IWhen I stayed here I was treated with nothing but loving kindness. This was in 2021. One of the best facilities I've ever visited. Thank you for all your love and support
