The clinical staff is excellent, but the scheduling system needs improvement. The online portal does not allow appointment changes, and the answering service cannot take messages or assist with cancellations before 8:30 AM. Early appointments are especially difficult under the strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Greater flexibility and better communication options would greatly improve the experience.
Well, this is what I can tell you, since I had one visit at LifeStance with Kristina And it went way beyond what I expected. It was one of the smoothest and comfortable conversations I’ve had in years outside of my wife and especially with somebody I just met. I must say, Kristina is Absolutely a fabulous And very understanding Therapist!
