“We had a very unique—wonderful—experience with Dr. Lanae Fox recently. We were not patients of Dr. Fox, but I knew of her through my local La Leche League group because of her reputation and expertise with laser procedures to fix tongue ties in babies and children. We were lucky not to need the specialty procedure with my children. However, one lovely evening as I was fixing dinner, my 2 year old was jumping around and bumped his mouth on the hinge of a dog gate. Yikes. It affected the frenulum on his upper lip. Once I assessed that he didn’t need the ER, my first thought was Dr. Fox’s office. Even though we were not patients AND she was not scheduled to see patients the next day, she agreed to see us first thing the next morning! I was astounded! She was gracious, professional and has a wonderful bedside manner with young children. (My son is still happily recounting that “Dr. Fox said lip is ok!” :)) I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Fox! Thank you!“

“We enjoyed going to Davies dental for years! The special themed rooms and fish tank made our kids look forward to going to the dentist! We needed to go to someone closer to our house and have found out the hard way that there are different strategies on when to use a sealant. This office puts them on as a standard practice which may not always be the opinion of all dentists. We have found 3 out of our 4 kids have had cavities under the sealants, one kid had a cavity under each of the sealants. Due to the shape of certain teeth, our current dentist said they would not have sealed them. I worked through one scenario with Dr. Davies and she did remove one cavity and then resealed, only to find out she didn’t get it all which resulted in needing a pediatric root canal. Not fun and expensive! Simply posting to create awareness so others don’t experience what we’ve been going through that doesn’t seem to stop. Don’t want this to come across negative, simply awareness for other parents.“

“Absolutely with no question the best dentist our family has ever gone to. From all the dental assistants to the Dr's. In a matter of a month we have had our regular cleanings, a chipped tooth filled, wisdom teeth pulled and an emergency visit to fix a tooth that got knocked out. Unfortunately, for us that's a lot going on but Waterford Smile went way above standard practices to take care of my family during all these events. We even received a call at night from the Dr to check on my daughter after her wisdom teeth surgery. If that's not 5 star worthy how about the Dr and a dentist assistant going into the office on a Sunday when it was closed to care for my daughter's emergency. I can't say enough good things about Waterford Smile. If you are looking for dentist you will not be disappointed with Waterford Smile.
