Dr. Hunt is simply wonderful – I always appreciate her expertise and insight. She’s incredibly kind and patient, and I truly feel heard as a patient, which matters a lot to me. The IPL sessions for my dry eye have been great, and the whole process is smooth and easy. Everyone at the clinic is so warm and welcoming that my husband now wants to do his eye exam here too!
The Verona Vision care team was great. From the pre exam tests, to the actual eye exam everything was professional. They used top of the line technology and did everything they could think of to make my experience the best it could be. Great service.
Great experience! Verona Vision Care staff was attentive, kind, and welcoming. I LOVE Dr. Emma Letlebo - such an easy person to talk to and did not make me feel silly for asking silly questions! My concerns were addressed, things were explained clearly, and most importantly of all they already had my info saved in my file because I filled it in prior to my appointment. I've had some less than favorable experiences at other places with that roadblock especially, and Verona Vision Care really delivered. :)
