Just had my first exam at ShopKo Optical in Verona. My last exam at a different place was a bad experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into ShopKo in Verona everything was perfect! Terrie did my intake and pre-testing before seeing the doctor. She was very calm and gave off such a soothing vibe. She went over everything in great detail and was very professional and friendly. Dr. Argoulas was just the same! She was very personable and again went over everything in great detail. Everything about my visit was perfect! I highly recommend this location!
I recently had an eye exam at this site and was thoroughly pleased with my experience! Everyone was very pleasant, professional and helpful. Terrie spent quite a while helping me find the right glasses and prescription sunglasses that looked attractive and met my needs and budget. As well, the store itself was clean and aesthetic, and all of the employees practiced excellent hand hygiene and other sanitation measures. I highly recommend Shopko Optical in Verona!
