“We had a great experience with Derousseau Heating and Cooling! They were recommended to us by several family and friends and we are very pleased with the new furnace and air conditioner they installed for us. After we received the quote, and decided to go with them, they scheduled the install the following week. It took them one day to install everything and then another short visit to turn on the A/C to make sure everything was functioning properly (it was not warm enough during the time of install to properly test the A/C). Kevin, the tech that later came out to turn on our A/C was absolutely amazing! He walked me through all of the maintenance, took the time to answer my questions, and patiently walked me through everything he was doing and checking. He was so patient and kind and didn’t make me feel foolish if I didn’t understand something. He also didn’t make me feel rushed and you could tell he was experienced and cared about the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to replace your furnace and/or A/C.”
