We had a great experience with Derousseau Heating and Cooling! They were recommended to us by several family and friends and we are very pleased with the new furnace and air conditioner they installed for us. After we received the quote, and decided to go with them, they scheduled the install the following week. It took them one day to install everything and then another short visit to turn on the A/C to make sure everything was functioning properly (it was not warm enough during the time of install to properly test the A/C). Awsome service! A/c been giving us trouble for 3 years, Schneider did the install and sent a couple kids out that didn’t know what they were doing and couldn’t fix it and charged us. Derousseau came out, found the problem, ordered up new part that was warranty, came back out and fixed it. Labor charge was fair. Would highly recommend
What an incredible crew! Everyone was so helpful, doing extras to ensure we made the right choice for our new furnace. Even had the owner call us from his vacation. Polite, took their boots off in the house, and had us set up by noon after our old one suddenly went out on the coldest days of the winter. These guys should be your first call.
