Been having my taxes done here now for 5 or more years. Always done correctly and quickly. Usually about 20 minutes in person and ask you all the questions the form asks, which may help you get more back. One year I was audited which was no mistake of how the taxes was done just one of the companies I work for never sent a form to the IRS, Joe helped me through the process and get all the forms sent. IRS never received them until the third time. Despite having to resend everything multiple times, Joe did it no problem at all. Best of the best.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We contacted them Monday. They came out on Tuesday to spray our vacation cabin property. Upon arrival our cameras came on and I noticed a puddle outside our cabin and there hasn’t been rain in days. The cameras allow us to talk through them. I asked them if they could see a reason for water and they noticed it leaking from cabin. I asked them to please enter our cabin to see where it was coming from. They jumped in and went to work!! They turned off water and then went above and beyond by cleaning up standing water. We are over two hrs away and the work they did save us so much more damage than what could have been!! We arrived to a very stressful situation and the property was completely mosquito FREE!! Which was extremely helpful in a high stress situation. I can’t thank Isaac and Landon enough for everything they did for us that day!! They are good people!
The staff were all very friendly and welcomed our girl. We are from out of state and we're there visiting relatives. I have nothing but high praise for the establishment and their practices .I had requested that Lucy be put in daycare with the other dogs for play and when I returned was told that that did not work out.
With due diligence they observed Lucy in with the larger group of dogs there for play daycare and saw that she was not responding well. Rather than just leave her to her own devices,They removed her and put her in with a much smaller group where she evidently was much more comfortable and did well.

I made a couple mistakes when I was young and this guy completely got me out of trouble. Not saying I broke any laws or anything:-) I’d recommend this guy to anybody who needs a fair trial and a chance to not go to jail or get screwed over by the DA. Wisconsin legal system is screwed up especially the Sparta Police Department and he understands that and will fight for everyone’s rights. MR Luek is a gentleman and a scholar!

The manager Sarah was super friendly. This establishment was very clean! I decided to purchase a few tanning sessions while I was there booking a haircut, because of how clean everything was. I live in Florida but haven't been to the beach for about two weeks due to travel. I needed a lil tanning time until I get back to the coast and this was the perfect solution and location. Prices were reasonable as well.
I have had my 2nd massage and so far my neck is feeling much relief. I plan on going many more times. Great service!

We had a great experience with Derousseau Heating and Cooling! They were recommended to us by several family and friends and we are very pleased with the new furnace and air conditioner they installed for us. After we received the quote, and decided to go with them, they scheduled the install the following week. It took them one day to install everything and then another short visit to turn on the A/C to make sure everything was functioning properly (it was not warm enough during the time of install to properly test the A/C). Kevin, the tech that later came out to turn on our A/C was absolutely amazing! He walked me through all of the maintenance, took the time to answer my questions, and patiently walked me through everything he was doing and checking. He was so patient and kind and didn’t make me feel foolish if I didn’t understand something. He also didn’t make me feel rushed and you could tell he was experienced and cared about the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to replace your furnace and/or A/C.
We had a plumbing issue-leaking pipe-on a Friday morning. We reached out to John Shuck Plumbing(after being told by another plumbing company to turn the water off and wait until the following Monday!). They responded and had it repaired in an hour or less. Very prompt and very couteous service...and very much appreciated!

Everyone is so kind here, the vets all communicate what's going on very well and the techs are all so compassionate. I have 5 dogs and 4 cats, things can get expensive but it's my responsibility since I have so many fur babies.

Took my daughter there for nails and we were pretty excited about how the nails turned out. First they removed her acrylic nails pretty easily and quickly. Then she received a manicure. She showed a frog ? pattern to the tech and they did a beautiful job on them! Its been just over a week and it still looks amazing. The price was reasonable. The was friendly and knowledgeable. All in all I would recommend.
I've been coming here with my 90+ year old Nana for about a year now. Everyone here is always so kind to her, pulling out her chair, being gentle on her arthritic hands, and repeating themselves. They remember that I help her check out at the end, remember us and always do a really nice job. It's always very clean, the massage chairs rock and the esthetic of the salon is modern and very enjoyable.
