I had a sewer back up in my basement. Disgusting right? I was stressed. I called A&J Property Restoration for help with the clean up. From the first call Jennifer and Tony responded to my requests and questions quickly and professionally. Alexavier Acosta and Austin Bailiff called the morning of the appointment to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. Their positivity and professionalism was great and they did an awesome job with not only the clean up but removing items from the area that were contaminated. We used A&J Restoration twice this past year. The first was for mold remediation in attic of my mom's house to complete a sale. Tony was responsive and enabled us to schedule work on a tight schedule. The second time as at our house after a pipe cracked during a freeze. Our 1920s vintage home has details not found in current construction. A&J was able to complete repairs and restored the wall to original condition. We cannot tell where work was performed. In both cases, Tony and the team exceeded our expectations.
