I had significant water damage when my hot water heater leaked between the original and new flooring in my condo kitchen (no basement). Because there was no indication of a leak until it started to come up thru the new flooring, it must have been days and caused a lot of damage to walls also. The first two days Michael and Gavin came in to detect all areas of damage - walls, floor etc. This is a very stressful situation and both of them handled everything very professionally, answering my questions, removing flooring, placing dehumidifiers and air cleaning machines, removing necessary items from my kitchen and everything was done according to my wishes and satisfaction....read full review
