Charles and his teammate came through even when we had a tornado warning and drove through hail from Madison ALL THE WAY TO APPLETON!! Just to fix our door ! Both were fun and very educational. At the end of the day I’m just a girl .. i don’t know anything door lol , but they were fast and taught me things I was not aware of! Thank you soo much again !! Tell my why FOX RIVER MALL maintenance refused to help fix my door claiming I need to remove the door glass door to Charles and his teammate driving through a STORM and fastening up the lever and taught me for future reference and what actually happened. He dot out our lever to remind me to not leave it vertically and horizontally so it does not happen again. This speaks volume and I don’t get friendly maintenance most of them are sooo grumpy !!“
