My store called in for an emergency due to our lock getting stuck and refused to toggle the little lever to lock our door in place. Charles and his teammate came through even when we had a tornado warning and drove through hail from Madison ALL THE WAY TO APPLETON!! Just to fix our door ! Both were fun and very educational. At the end of the day I’m just a girl .. i don’t know anything door lol , but they were fast and taught me things I was not aware of! Thank you soo much again !! Charles and his TFL team helped with multiple installations of exterior locks for our business. They were great to work with throughout the install, being very open and responsive with their communication. We had some slight issues with one of the doors following install and they were able to come back and fix it in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend!
