Tom returned to the shop and reopened on a Friday afternoon because the location downtown didn’t have the “dated” blank that I needed. I was leaving town and really needed those copies . Thank you Tom for customer service beyond what anyone should expect.
I called multiple locksmiths because I lost a key. None of them had an actual shop and they quoted me a price of 250- 275 dollars for a key. When I called ACD they asked if I could bring in the lock which I did. They made me a key for that lock for 8 dollars. I asked how much for another key and it was 8 dollars. The initial key took them 10 minutes to find a blank, look up serial numbers and do some research on the computer. They apparently did that for free where other locksmiths charged between 250-300 for that service.

Re-keyed a kwikset door knob and deadbolt in the shop in shut l about 10 minutes on the spot while I waited just walking in. I appreciate the expediance as my house was left open while it was done.
