Great service in the shop! I took in a fireproof lockbox that I had lost the key for. It was opened in less than one minute and I wasn’t charged for it. (I offered to pay.) I’m sorry I didn’t get the shop manager’s name but he was terrific. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place saved me! Snapped off my pontoon key on the middle of the lake. Was able to use a fishing hook to get the broken part out. Was able to use the trolling motor to get it to shore. Came into these guys and they were able to cut me 4 keys for a little over $10 bucks. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I went to 4 different key copying establishments and ADC was the place where my search ended and my answer was found. I just installed a refurbished art deco door out of the 30's. The next final step is to find a matching strike plate to my oddball mortise. Since he is the northern midwest master of code compliant historically preserved door hardware, he is working with me to find a match.My lock cylinder was malfunctioning before I came to ADC. I tried remedying the problem to no avail. I called him and he talked me through the minor adjustment needed.
