I first had my hair and my daughters hair done here in January did a wonderful job. Just had mine done today and Trish did an amazing job, she understood exactly what I wanted. She said even if I’m not happy with what I wanted I could come back within a week and they would fix it. Absolutely in love with me hair! Definitely would recommend!Services: Long haircut

When you can get in, the services are fine (true for all Sun Prairie locations). However, they still don't offer online appointment scheduling, you're lucky if you're able to get someone to answer the phone, and the latest change in hours makes it near impossible for someone who works during the day to get an appointment.Service: Haircut

The people who helped me were nice and did ask questions. However I'm not sure I was clear and that they understood what I was spooking for. It was also a bit hard for me to see the cut. The whole experience took less than 10 minutes which feels rushed to me. I ended up feeling like my hair looks more unkempt than I hoped for. Not a big fan.
