John kept us informed all along the way as we navigated from less-than-perfect springtime weather to the last few details. His staff was professional and so easy to work with. Our front yard has been transformed and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!“

If they're willing to stand behind their product and service, and apologize when things don't go well, that speaks volumes about the organization. As I said in my original review, a company isn't always going to be perfect, but what they do when the mess up is what really matters. NatureScape has stepped up and is working with me to make things better, so I'd certainly recommend them from that stand point.I've agreed to give them a second chance, so we'll see how this year goes. “I recently hired Jim’s Tree Service to take down a big locust tree and to trim up a couple of big maples in my backyard. I am super impressed by the excellent work Andy and his crew performed. They are tip-top arborists, and they really took care to do what was right for my trees and my property. They were timely, professional and efficient. They took great care to avoid creating lawn damage, and when they were done, our goals and objectives for the project were met, and they left my property clean and in good shape! I will use them again, for sure! Recommended!“
