Update 2. I finally got ahold of them and schedule to meet at the property, a 30 min drive away, to go over the work I was looking to have done. 15 minutes after our appointment started they still hadn't arrived and I get a call saying they haven't left yet and can I wait another hour or two. Excuse me? I used vacation time to make this appointment and they didn't even have the courtesy to call me prior to the appointment to let me know they weren't come and then want me to wait around using more time off work? No thanks. Definitely will never used them again.
