I recently had to stay in the hospital in Shawano Theda Care, for a few days. Being a RN myself I felt they treated me very well and gave a very high quality of care! I didn't want to let anyone know I was a nurse myself because I like to see how places treat me without knowing that.
Actually, Shawano treated me as if I was a nurse and they had no clue! I'm from the Milwaukee area and am very very picky when it comes to patient care. They did a fabulous job and I wouldn't hesitate to have my life in their hands.

I am phobic when it comes to needles, but I mustered up the courage to go to ThedaCare to get my Covid Vaccination. The staff were kind, were polite, and were VERY understanding about the fact I was scared. They didn't belittle me about covering my eyes, instead they were reassuring. And the person doing the vaccination was very professional, I barely felt it when I was given the shot. She was very quick about it, and gentle. I'm grateful for their kindness.

Excellent ER experiences on 3 separate occasions. Same for acute care. I also did physical therapy for total knee replacement last year and I’m better than new! I can’t say enough good about the staff, doctors and beautiful new facility. Two thumbs up. Switching doctors to Thedacare.
