The Front desk staff are all amazing and polite when i walk in and very helpful. The nurse that led me back to the exam room was very polite and nice and non judging which is huge to me. I do not like when I can read their face or body language and tell they think I'm just another fat louse that won't listen anyways! I did not get that feeling once at this office. Dr. Fang is an amazing doctor that is helping me on my route to living happy with my family again by actually looking into my illness and blood work and not guessing and also by ACTIVE LISTENING. I went in to Prevea, pre diagnosed with tonsillitis from Thedacare a week prior. Thedacare did not care about me, no meds, no nothing other then a $$$ bill I'm sure. I called to set up another appointment and got hung up on, i could barely talk. After dieing for 7 days after my visit I called Prevea, they said come on in, I seen the Dr there and was prescribed 2 things, I was feeling better the same night and 5x better the following day!! Make the switch to Prevea in my opinion!

Dr. Magnin is the best I've experienced in my history of care from family practice physicians. She listens well to your health concerns and asks questions. Always open for any questions you have, and provides answers with responses making sure you understand. She works with you to provide a plan of care that's best for you. A provider that leaves you with no doubts that she cares about your overall health and well-being.
