“Everyone is very helpful and seems genuinely concerned about our Pets' health and well-being. They do a great job of explaining what they are doing and why, as well as working diligently to try to get to the bottom of what is going on when our dog hadn't been doing well. Whether it's a routine annual check-up or something else is going on... we get the same level of care and concern.

I am always thankful that Jess is kind, patient and willing to answer any random questions when we come in or call. As we leave, I feeling good about the visit overall and that if I have questions I can reach out.

Allison has recently been involved with our visits and care. She too seems genuinely concerned for our dog's well-being and is competent and professional in her duties.

Dr. Kassekert always does a fantastic job not only in the level of care and professionalism, but also in 'feeling' for our pet and what is going on. She's been diligent in help us find answers for what's going on with our pet and checking in to see how things are going even once we had to progress to care outside of Bobtown.

Everyone we interact with, even beyond these 3, does their job with a smile and we trust the level of care and communication we receive. Which, unfortunately, has been a lot lately! ;-) What I appreciated most is that I feel I can trust the care our pets are getting and the feeling of genuine love for our pets well-being and happiness. Dr. Butler is so very kind, knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining to us the situation with our 2 year old puppy. She made it a lot easier for us to understand and accept it. I would recommend this vet clinic as all the staff are very kind and helpful. Thank you so much! -Cherry and Jinx

Dr. Butler performed Jinx’s euthanasia this week and it went as well as it could go when losing your pet. She was very comforting to us during that process, explaining everything as she was doing it, and warm and kind. Thank you so much for being there for Jinx in the last chapter of her life and for being a wonderful clinic.“

Prices weren’t bad also. They fit me in last minute which was also amazing. I will be taking all of my pets here in the future. I highly recommend them!“
