Service tech was friendly, on time, friendly and informative. We had used APS at our previous home for mice 10 years ago. They are still in business and running it well. Simple options -- one time or seasonal. No pressure like the companies that come around and try and sell you immediately. We had a wasp problem and they (big company) came around. It reminded us of our previous service with APS! Still had our records and we contacted them and felt much more at ease with options. Very easy to deal with and honest.
Rob and crew made short work of four towering ash trees, including one that was unsafe to climb. They then moved the larger trunk sections that were too large for me to move on my own. Rob then suggested a treatment for two remaining ash that might yet be saved. I recently treated them and am hoping for the best. Five stars all the way!

I have never received such great service before! Of course the septic got plugged on Christmas day ~ I called and left a voicemail hoping to get a call back this morning. But I got a call back letting me know that Matt would be here in the morning. He came, took care of the issue already this morning ~ BEST service ever!!

Everyone is very helpful and seems genuinely concerned about our Pets' health and well-being. They do a great job of explaining what they are doing and why, as well as working diligently to try to get to the bottom of what is going on when our dog hadn't been doing well. Whether it's a routine annual check-up or something else is going on... we get the same level of care and concern.
I am always thankful that Jess is kind, patient and willing to answer any random questions when we come in or call. As we leave, I feeling good about the visit overall and that if I have questions I can reach out.
Allison has recently been involved with our visits and care. She too seems genuinely concerned for our dog's well-being and is competent and professional in her duties.
Dr. Kassekert always does a fantastic job not only in the level of care and professionalism, but also in 'feeling' for our pet and what is going on. She's been diligent in help us find answers for what's going on with our pet and checking in to see how things are going even once we had to progress to care outside of Bobtown.
Everyone we interact with, even beyond these 3, does their job with a smile and we trust the level of care and communication we receive. Which, unfortunately, has been a lot lately! ;-) What I appreciated most is that I feel I can trust the care our pets are getting and the feeling of genuine love for our pets well-being and happiness.
