Got my first kitten ever and these guys made sure he got everything he needed to be healthy and happy. They treated him as if he was their own pet, showing him so much love and respect. Everyone who works here has a clear passion for what they do, and it makes the experience as a customer so much easier.

Only vet in the area I trust. Have been bring my pets to Rick for almost 20 years. Val is always helpful and gets everything done as it should be. Staff is friendly, understanding and gives honest, no nonsense answers to real questions/ concerns. Only vet I trust in all of Pierce County.

We are so lucky to have these folks practicing here. The doctor has always given me informative and realistic treatment options. I ask a lot of questions, and I get a lot of answers. We work together to figure out the best treatment plan for my animal - factoring in his age, quality of life, cost of treatment, and realistic expectations of recovery. When I finally had to put my 13 year old dog down, they were so accommodating and genuinely kind. Every time I think of that horrible day, I also remember the gentleness shown to my pup, my son, and myself.
