If you’re having furnace or AC issues, these are the guys to call! I have an older furnace and AC. I’ve had them out twice to work on the furnace and once to work on the AC. Reed is this technician that’s come out each time. He’s quickly diagnosed the problems. I’ve been fortunate that none of them have required major repairs. He was able to repair my 25 year old units and keep them going for a little while longer until I’m ready to install new ones. One other big bonus with River Falls HVAC is that they do not charge a separate service fee. They only charge their time and materials.
The guys from JCE were amazing! They promptly sent someone out to quote a few tree removals. When we were ready to move forward with the removals, they added us to their list and made sure to clearly communicate when they'd be out. When they showed up, they were very friendly and professional. They did high quality work and ensured safety for everyone. Will definitely be going back to them for any future tree needs!

Signed up my son to train with Jesse at Iron Works to get him ready for football and wrestling for his senior year. He told me “dad I have been lifting incorrectly at ETS”. Dennis has helped us a number of times to repair and upgrade our Econar (now Geo Comfort) heat pump installation for our home geothermal system. I have not met anyone else in this field that knows more about how these systems work and the best options for maintaining or upgrading the equipment. He's done compressor repair, new thermostat installation, and just recently a complete upgrade to a newer heat pump unit for us, and I would not consider calling anyone else at this point to seek help for this. He's always responded quickly about questions or service and was always on time and got the work done without any worries. I have been going to Iehl Chiropractic periodically for many years - always with great results! I took a break for about the last 6 years, only because I was doing so well! Recently, however, I had to return, as my back really got out of alignment and very painful, causing me to lose full function of my dominant hand/arm. Dr. Iehl was able to quickly accommodate me with appointments and has been a HUGE help in getting my spine and muscles back into proper alignment, drastically reducing my pain, and getting my arm back to nearly full functionality very quickly! I am extremely grateful for his time and work!

During a storm in 2023, a tree fell on my garage and created quite a bit of damage. After lots of frustrating conversations and fighting with my insurance company, I got the contact info for Mike at Fortress Project. I am so grateful for him and this company. I was feeling overwhelmed and scared with a situation I knew very little about and Fortress Project came in and took care of me. They not only fixed my garage completely, they were transparent, honest (even if the news wasn’t what I wanted to hear) and they were kind. They worked directly with my insurance which alleviated a lot of the stress for me. They did great work and all of the various teams involved were kind and respectful. They are a great company with fantastic leaders, talented teams and I would definitely use them again and recommend them for your next home project.
If you own a dog, this is the place to go! We were struggling to integrate our new puppy into our household with an older dog. We are extremely satisfied with the training we received. I've had some pretty bad landlords in the past but these guys were professional and were a pleasure to rent through. We took very good care of our apartment and made sure it was spotless before we left, and they gave us back our whole security deposit which was exciting. They also had great communication with us! Kurt and the team did a fantastic job on our basement finish project. Not only were they quick to work, but precise too. They cared about little things like to be sure wall outlets weren't hitting trim on a wood panel wall, centering accent lighting in specific spots, etc. I highly recommend.

Bryant has great relationships with his sub-contractors and he sets high expectations with the entire team to deliver an end product that his client will be happy with. We experienced only a few, minor issues after our home was completed, however, Bryant went out of his way to ensure they were fixed – which was greatly appreciated. We give Bryant and the team 5 Stars and recommend to our family and friends.

I brought my cat here, they were all very nice and friendly, very kind and gentle with my cat as well. He had an eye issue that they solved quickly, only about a 10 minute visit. Prices weren’t bad also. They fit me in last minute which was also amazing. I will be taking all of my pets here in the future. I highly recommend them!
We had a seamless experience with SB Party rentals for my son’s graduation party. They were extremely receptive to our ideas and vision for the party. The tables and chairs were nice looking and of good quality. They set up the tent for a minimal charge and worked around our schedule to accommodate us. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely use them again, and feel confident recommending them to our friends and family.

I recommended our dog’s vet from KinniCroix to a friend whose dog was very ill and the vet actually came to the house! I’m sure it was circumstantial, but that was such a huge show of compassion for a very difficult circumstance. Terrific vet!!

When our furnace when out a year ago, in November, they were here within an hour to look at it and had a new one installed within three days - early morning but squeezed us in because it was freezing out. Today when my air conditioning froze up, I called him and he had his crew out within an hour in the 90 degree heat to fix the issue. They are very friendly, responsive and professional and I highly recommend!

Walked in during a recent trip to the Minneapolis area looking to get matching tattoos with a friend. After getting ridiculously high quotes in MN, we decided to check out Anchors End before giving up on the idea. We were so thankful that we did. We were both able to get the matching tattoos that we have been wanting. Evan did a great job! They were exactly what we were wanting and reasonably priced. Couldn’t be happier. I haven't been to River Falls Great Clips in a while, like 3-4 years. In the meantime I changed up the style I have my hair cut. The young lady mentioned she had the notes from my last cut, which was 4 years ago in River Falls. I primarily have it cut in Hastings and changed how I was having my hair cut. So she cut it in the style I wore 4 years ago....... much shorter than I was wearing it now. I wish I had known the notes were seriously OLD and I would have given her my new.cut directions. But I was decent and thanked her. I will remember that going forward .
