I had a fantastic experience today! Ben was very welcoming, listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I came in with severe neck, shoulder and jaw pain and limited range of motion. By the end of our session I was able to move my arm and shoulder much better and much of the pain was relieved. I am excited for our next session to see how much more my muscles can improve! Highly recommend!

10 years ago I had my Sternocleido- mastoidmuscle severely damaged in a cancer surgery, after several years of physical and message therapy, my neck has stiffened up and is very tight. Ben has been working diligently to loosen up my neck and surrounding muscles. My neck will never be the same again, but the work Ben has been doing without a doubt has loosened my neck up, and feels great after he has worked on it. Ben is always professional and knowledgeable and has given me good homework ideas for me to work on at home, thanks Ben!

I had my very first massage ever with Ben just over a week ago and it was a great experience! I have been experiencing alot of tightness in multiple places from my hips to my neck and he knew exactly what to do to help! Ben was so knowledgeable about what muscles he was going to work on and why. During the massage he would let me know what he was doing, check in with my pain, and answered all my questions. I just feel so much better and would recommend Onelove Healing Arts to anyone needing to relieve chronic and stubborn pain.
