“I have always had positive experiences with Zimmerman. They are respectful, knowledgeable, ask before doing and let you know what the situation is. After having my floor done, my trap door was nailed incorrectly (unknown to me)...fortunately the plumber showed me the nails were in wrong. I greatly appreciate that because if utility companies or other workers need to use the trap door...I now know it needed to be set correctly. He was able to solve my problem even though I was concerned when he couldn't slide the trap door out as he previously did.“
