The service was good by the technician that came, however, the customer service, not so much. I got service on Feb, 1 and was told I'd receive a call BEFORE my card was ran. My card was finally processed today, the 16th! However, I did not receive a call, which caused my account to incur an overdraft fee. This was inconvenient and ended up costing me more money. The woman I spoke to, didn't sound sincere, but was apologetic. I basically was just shut down with, "we apologize." Well, that won't bring the money back for the fee will it? Not sure if i will use this company in the future. Customer service is lacking!
Hillestad installed a mini-split heat/cool system in my house. I'm very pleased with how quiet and effective it is. The installers were very courteous, taking care to protect furniture and flooring during their work, cleaning up after themselves, and explaining what they did. They also showed me how to use all the bells and whistles on the system after it was started up. I'd definitely work with them again.Services: Heating system installation
