Phenomenal service. They installed a new dishwasher within two days of getting a new one. They installed a new water heater within three hours of giving them a call. I cannot recommend them enough!

I made an emergency call to Bill's Plumbing and Heating as our furnace quite suddenly. As a new customer, I was very pleased that Bill sent Heather out immediately. Between her and Mark, and running for a part, they solved our problem. They were friendly, understanding and competent. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Bill's Heating and Plumbing.

Excellent service. Jackson came out today for one issue and ended up fixing multiple things. He even took the time to show me where my main water shutoff is which was so kind. He went above and beyond, was professional, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking additional questions. I’m going to save hundreds on my water bill now that my toilet is no longer running, and I can’t express how grateful I am! Thank you so much!
