After deciding to replace our carpeting and vinyl flooring, we went to K & K Floors in Platteville for advice and estimates. We met Mike who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed working with him very much. Today one of his crews, Paul and Derrick showed up early to do the job. A excellent job they did, finished early afternoon. Unbelievable how fast they completed it. Enjoyable men to work with,, very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. We are 110 percent satisfied..you should sincerely consider this company for your flooring needs..
We used Gobin and Allion for our wood flooring. Mostly dealing with Todd, we found him very helpful and his main concern was that we were happy. The flooring turned out beautiful and we will be back. Terry and Bill
J Squared Construction crew were professional, skilled, and great to have in our home when we recently had a number of windows replaced, deck built, and railings installed. Ours is an older home that had several hidden issues. Jamie and the crew knew what needed to be done in order to restore the integrity of the structure, and we are grateful knowing things were done well.

I used to go here when I lived in Platteville and always loved it! I moved to fennimore and tried a few different places and was never happy with the results! So I knew if I was going for a big change I was going to go here! Nicole had done my hair a few times in the past, and yet again I am very happy with the results!! I love it I will continue to make the 40 minute drive to get my hair done here!! And the prices are very reasonable!
I came in with a custom design, and it turned out even better than my drawing! I absolutely love this place and will 100% be back!!

I was here on vacation and had an urgent need to see an optometrist. They got me in and took care of my issue with no problems.
It started on the phone with Tiffany. She was very friendly and got me going with all the preliminary stuff. Then when I got there I met the other lady up front. I forgot her name, but she was so kind and made me feel like I had known her all my life.
The tech that took me back and performed a whole bunch of tests was really professional and friendly. I wish I could remember her name.
Then Dr. Klein came in and did a thorough exam and assured me that my problem wasn't as bad as I thought it was.
If I were to move here this practice would have a new patient in me. They were great!

Thank you to the two wonderful receptionist that took my call and helped guide me, leading to my child getting a quick appointment. Those ladies and the clinic understand having a college child, doesn't necessarily mean adulthood. They understood my child who is hours from home and sick, knows how to make an appointment, but yet doesn't quite understand. Thank you office staff for being compassionate, helpful, and most of understanding to your college students and their "helicopter" parents! EDIT: I talked with Travis and he was extremely helpful. He was not making excuses and listened to my issues. I could tell he cared about bettering the company and its services.
I have used Mast a couple of times. The service was fine. The second time I used them was to install an RO filter in our kitchen. The process took about 5 months to complete and required 4 visits between 3 different plumbers to install it correctly. You really have to watch their work because they don't have great attention to detail. If I hadn't checked their work myself, the booster pump would have probably broken because they didn't install all the parts that came with the kit. It's not the kind of service I expect when I purchase an expensive RO filter compared to other companies. Not to mention, installing an RO filter should be one of the easiest installs in their repertoire
Oyen have been amazing. Over the last couple months I've had multiple issues come up. Two different piping failures, leaking fixture, gas lines for a dryer, and a toilet replacement. They have done great work and fair in there pricing on all their work. Thank you to all the staff! I think I've talked and worked with almost all of you.
I made an emergency call to Bill's Plumbing and Heating as our furnace quite suddenly. As a new customer, I was very pleased that Bill sent Heather out immediately. Between her and Mark, and running for a part, they solved our problem. They were friendly, understanding and competent. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Bill's Heating and Plumbing.

I had a good experience in this shop. You could tell that the customers who go there , feel like family because they are greeted by name when they enter the shop. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. The owners husband is a bit gruff sounding, but you can tell that he enjoys serving his customers and they enjoy coming to the shop. The prices for the service are the best that I've seen in years. They are a relief on one's purse. A delux Gel manicure and pedicure normally cost me upwards of $120.00 not including a tip. The technician told me that my finger nails were too thin and that I should add a tip to my nails and do acrylic and just fill it every 2-3 weeks. I'd never done this service at any shop before, but I went ahead because the price was less than what I normally pay for a delux Gel mani and pedi on my own nails. $55.00 for my pedicure no acrylic or tips. $57.00 for my manicure with a tip and acrylic added. There is a 3% up-charge if you don't pay with cash. There was an awkward moment when the wife and co owner just out of the blue mentioned that her husband wasn't racist. This thought never crossed my mind, and was so left of the experience that I was having I didn't feel mistreated by him or anyone there. It was an awkward and unnecessary moment. My overall experience was great!!!

I'm giving service 4 stars, because I had to wait a little in the middle of getting my nails polished , while she attended to another customer who wanted a design on her nails. I wasn't in a rush, so I didn't mind too much. I'll definitely will be going back, but with cash next time. I'd give the additional 3% as part of my tip than a servicing fee for using a debit card.
terrific place, the back massage that one gets during the pedicure is simply terrific. it's a wonderful experience especially for us guys. ??????
